Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bl77 website, creating a bl77 account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet on the bl77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all documents incorporated by reference, including the bl77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply in full to all users of the bl77 platform, regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

bl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bl77 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It remains the player's responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to register and use the bl77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are registering from within Bangladesh or are otherwise permitted by applicable law to use online betting services;
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party;
• You do not already hold an existing bl77 account (one account per person is strictly enforced);
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or associate of bl77 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from bl77 or any other gambling platform, where such exclusion remains in effect.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account Management

Each player may hold only one active account on the bl77 platform. bl77 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bl77 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets or casino wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and retain any promotional bonuses credited to those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bl77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bl77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bl77 support immediately at [email protected]. bl77 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access.

bl77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where bl77 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the platform or other users. In such cases, bl77 will notify the account holder of the closure or suspension and the reason for it, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bl77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bl77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs that may be applied by their payment provider.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bl77 does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at any given time and may add or remove payment options without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the player's account dashboard and may vary by payment method. bl77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

Funds deposited into a bl77 account must be used for betting and gaming purposes. bl77 does not function as a banking institution. Players who deposit funds without placing any wager may be subject to a review of their account activity.

bl77 processes withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. bl77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where:

• The player's identity verification (KYC) has not been completed;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the player's documented deposit history in a manner that warrants review;
• bl77 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or a breach of these Terms;
• A technical issue affects the relevant payment method.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been verified and approved by bl77 support. bl77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bl77 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the platform and may be updated from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule will prevail in relation to that market.

bl77 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a pricing error;
• Suspend any market at any time pending the outcome of an event or investigation;
• Limit the maximum stake permitted on any market for any player, with or without explanation;
• Reject any bet prior to its acceptance, with no obligation to provide a reason;
• Apply rule-4 deductions or equivalent adjustments where an event is affected by a significant late withdrawal of a participant.

Bets are accepted and recorded by bl77's system at the time of confirmation. The player is responsible for verifying that their bet has been accepted correctly before the event begins. bl77 will not entertain claims relating to bets that the player believed had been placed but which do not appear in the account's bet history.

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. In-play odds change rapidly. bl77 cannot guarantee that an in-play bet will be accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the player initiates the request, and reserve the right to accept or decline at the updated price.

Casino and Slots

bl77's casino and slots products are provided in partnership with third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the relevant game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

These terms are provided at the point of offer and must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bl77 promotions include:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device;
• bl77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if abuse or exploitation is suspected;

• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met;
• Where a player withdraws real-money funds before completing a bonus wagering requirement, bl77 reserves the right to remove the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.

bl77 does not apply bonus terms retroactively. The terms in effect at the time a bonus is credited are the terms that govern it. Players who are uncertain about the terms of a specific bonus should contact bl77 support before accepting the offer.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bl77 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds;
• Money laundering: Using the bl77 platform to process, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of crime;
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one bl77 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events where the player has inside knowledge of a pre-determined outcome, or participating in the manipulation of sporting events;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any form of automated software to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback requests with a payment provider after a deposit has been used for betting activity;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain a financial advantage.

bl77 monitors account activity continuously and uses risk management systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of this section will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds held in those accounts forfeited to bl77.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bl77 platform, including but not limited to the bl77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and odds data, is the intellectual property of bl77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bl77 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bl77 content without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bl77 platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bl77 software;
• Create derivative works based on bl77's content or platform design.

Any unauthorised use of bl77's intellectual property will result in the termination of your account and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bl77 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the bl77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bl77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bl77 does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. While bl77 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and data security, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

bl77 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond bl77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party payment system failures.

Privacy and Data

bl77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the bl77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and bl77. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, bl77 may request the following documents from any player at any time:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing the player's name).

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bl77 support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. bl77 will not be liable for any delays to withdrawals caused by a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

Responsible Gaming

bl77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the bl77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

bl77 does not allow marketing communications to be sent to players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period. bl77 reserves the right to close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is at risk of gambling-related harm, without prior notice.

Amendments

Where bl77 determines that an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — bl77 will notify registered players via the email address registered to their account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the bl77 platform after any amendment has been published and has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

bl77 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms and Conditions. Players who wish to review a previous version may contact bl77 support at [email protected] with a specific request.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bl77 operates. bl77 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction other than those in which it is permitted to operate.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bl77 platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their location. bl77 accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in breach of the laws of their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bl77 arising from or related to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with bl77 support. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through bl77's internal disputes process, details of which are available from bl77 support upon request.
